Patch Clamp Amplifier
Product Code: TPC-200
The TPC-200 (Techman patch clamp) Patch Clamp Amplifier system is a highly integrated patch clamp system independently developed by Techman, and all functions are completed computed by Tpatch software. This system is a three in one system that includes patch clamp amplifiers, AD/DA converters, and data acquisition and analysis software.
Key Features
Highly Integrated
Integrated design of patch clamp amplifier, AD/DA converters, data acquisition and analysis software.
Low Noise
RMS ≤ 2pA (with a 8-Bessel filter and the Filter Frequency is 10 kHz ).
Analysis Module
The analysis software features specialized modules for synaptic event analysis, action potential analysis, single-channel analysis, LTP/LTD analysis, as well as various fitting functions.
Multi-Recording Mode
VC and CC modes can record various ion channel currents, spontaneous synaptic activities, action potentials and other signals.
Automatic Compensation
In VC mode the automatic compensation function for electrode capacitance, cell membrane capacitance and series resistance; it also has the automatic compensation and automatic correction functions for liquid contact potential; in CC mode the electrode capacitance and bridge balance can be automatically compensated.
Multifunctional Data Acquisition System
The Tpatch software includes membrane test, customizable stimulation schemes, P/N leak, dedicated windows for LTP/LTD/PPR, TTL external trigger, and can record the analog signals from other devices (such as temperature, pressure, muscle tension, light signals, electromagnetic wave signals, etc.)
AI Introduced
Integrates AI intelligent teaching and file management functions, provides theoretical knowledge about patch clamp, as well as explanations of experimental operation procedures. The Bath, Seal and Cell three steps are automatically switched by software
